  • Yes, I do! Just make sure you have adequate connection and privacy.

  • Yes, Monday-Thursday. Monday in West LA, Tuesday-Thursday in Torrance

  • The fee for a 50-minute session is set at $225 for individuals and couples. For 80 mins on a weekday Mon-Thurs $300. However, I have a few sliding scale spots that are more affordable - please inquire to learn more.

    Brainspotting Intensives: available Fridays 3-4 hour session at $255 an hour

  • Prior to your appointment you will fill out a basic online intake form. In the first session, we go over a few logistics and getting-to-know-you questions.

  • Yes it does!

  • I work with Individuals, Couples, Children, and Families. I work mainly with Neurodivergent folks and people struggling with trauma symptoms.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes long for regular sessions. I also offer 80 minutes. 80 minutes is recommended for brainspotting. Thirdly, I offer Brainspotting intensives on Fridays that are 3-4.5 hours (please see brainspotting intensives page for more info)

  • Sessions are typically on a once a week basis. People who switch to biweekly (twice a month) are for clients who have progressed in therapy and usually are assigned to a slot that aligns with another biweekly spot. Occasionally when a client needs it I will accommodate an extra session during the week. However, if a client is finding it a struggle to get through a week before they are seen they are referred out for higher level of care.

  • I can serve any resident in the state of California! Sessions have to be conducted where the client is physically in the state of California. In person sessions are in South Bay LA (Torrance on the border of RPV) and West LA (Sawtelle)

  • I do not take insurance however if your insurance company has an out-of-network reimbursement policy I can provide you with a superbill.
